Start sending PEPPOL
Go to Sales > Customer
There are two fields that are mandatory on the Customer Card:
Check Document Sending Profile > OSPEPPOL
Check Organization number > "xxxxxxxxx" (Norwegian standard; 6 digits, no letters)
Create a new Sales Order or open one you already have
Go to Sales Order > New Document > Sales Order
Your ref is a mandatory field.
Go to “Posting” on the main menu > Post and Send
Click “Ship and Invoice” > OK
A new window will pop up, click YES.
Click Yes on the question “Do you want to open the posted invoice?”
The invoice is now sent as PEPPOL.
Do not close the window, we will use this invoice to create a Credit Note.
Send a Create Credit Note as PEPPOL
Click on Correct > Create Corrected
A new window will open with the credit note
Click Posting > Post and Send
A new window will pop up, click YES
You can now check if the PEPPOL Sales Order Invoice successfully
Go to Sales > Customer, find your customer and press the “Information icon” in the right corner.
Find the tile “Posted Sales Invoices” and click to open.
Find the document that you want to check the status on > Click on “No.” to open.
Check the field “Documentation Exchange Status”.
If the sending was successfully you will see the text: Delivered
If something went wrong when the document was sent, you’ll see a red text “Delivery Failed” click on the red text to open a dialog box.
Click on the ”Detailed info Available” to download an error log with more detailed information (TXT-file)
